	Using our service you can view at first hand a completed property.
	You will have a choice of many available building plots.
	Choose from over 50 beautiful designs and layouts.
	We operate on a design and build basis.
	Your dream property will come with the builders 10 year guarantee.
	A UK Solicitor will oversee the buying process in France.
	We work on a fixed fee basis as a percentage of the cost of land, build cost and any expenses incurred.
